Guidance Lessons (Preparing for Your Future)
- All students will prepare for Their Futures
This year I will meet with all students and assist them with preparing for their futures. My goal is to have 2 Guidance Lessons with all 6th and 7th graders. While 8th graders will have six different guidance lessons. The Guidance Lessons will be in the Go Center (Room 110). Please encourage your students to meet you @ the Go Center. You may bring your laptop to take attendance in the Go Center. Please stay with your classes to assist with classroom management. I will cover HB5 graduation requirements, EPISD Specialized Schools, Advanced courses in high school, and testing requirements for high school. I am a true believer that it is never too early to start planning for your future.
Please follow the Fall Semester Schedule. It is imperative that we abide by this schedule. All Guidance Lessons are on Tuesdays (unless noted). See you there and thanks for allowing me to work with our future adults.
