The schedule change form is available under the download tab in the Guidance area.
If you are requesting a teacher change, please follow these steps.
1. teacher parent conference, this is a 2 way communication via conference, phone, or emails
2. if the situation does not improve, request a teacher change with specifics of the concerns and the date (s) of the two way communication with the teacher
3. Ms. Solis, Principal will review the request and approve or deny (Ms. Solis is the only individual with the authority to allow a teacher change)
